Processing of personal data by HANSAEL

SIA “Hansael”, registration No. 40003660806, legal address Andrejostas iela 29, Rīga, Latvija (Hansael), is committed to protect user privacy and personal data. As a controller of personal data processing Hansael carries out the processing of information, business data and personal data and ensures their protection in accordance with the European Union and national laws and regulations on the protection of data processing and Hansael principles of processing personal data.

To provide and ensure high quality and excellent services Hansael determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data and handles personal data exclusively to the extent necessary to fulfill a specific purpose. Hansael only keeps the data for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection or further processing (f.ex., when required by the law and/or is necessary to ensure Hansael legitimate interests).

Hansael has implemented necessary measures to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent unauthorized access and/or data disclosure to third parties. However, Hansael shall not undertake responsibility for intentional illegal or wrongful conduct carried out by third persons and/or for third person services used by the clients in order to transact with Hansael.

Hansael will only disclose information to third parties if that is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose(s) and/or if required by the legal regulation and/or is necessary to ensure the legitimate interests of Hansael.

Any natural person may exercise the rights of the data subject specified in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation No. 679/2016).
